The invention starts from an arrangement having a ureteral stent (1), a mandrin (2) and an auxiliary stent (3), the mandrin penetrating the ureteral stent and the auxiliary stent, and a releasable connection, which is positive in the longitudinal direction of the arrangement, being provided between mandrin and ureteral stent. In order to lock ureteral stent and mandrin against unintentional displacement in the longitudinal direction and the circumferential direction relative to one another with as simple means as possible and while avoiding clamping in the coupling region between ureteral stent and mandrin, there is furthermore a positive connection (5, 8) which is designed to act in the circumerential direction of mandrin (2) and ureteral stent (1), such that it blocks unintentional rotation of the mandrin relative to the ureteral stent about the common longitudinal axis (9).
