PURPOSE: To mount components on a device without soldering by fitting an electric component to a hole made to a holder, integrating the electric component and the holder and providing a terminal in contact with a terminal of the electric component and a contact piece connecting to the terminal. ;CONSTITUTION: Plural contact pieces 12 made of conductive spring materials are fitted to an outer circumference of the body 10 of a holder. That is, a connection terminal 13 penetrated through a hole 11 from an outer circumferential face of the main body is provided and one end of a contact piece 12 is welded to a projection end of the terminal 13. The terminal 13 is projected from the outer circumference and the hole 11 of the holder 10 and the contact piece 12 is welded to the projected part and a recessed notch 13A for in contact with terminals 3, 4 of an electric component M is formed to the tip projected from the hole 11.
