PURPOSE: To automatically set the classification of the output signal of a measuring machine to be an object to a telemeter measuring device. ;CONSTITUTION: In the telemeter system having a measuring machine 1 transmitting measured data as an output signal and a telemeter measuring station device 2 receiving the output signal as an input signal, the measuring machine 1 has an identification code transmission part 3 transmitting the identification code showing the classification of the output signal, and the telemeter measuring station device 2 is provided with an identification code reception part 4 receiving the identification code as a reception code and automatic setting parts 5 and 6 which are connected with this identification code reception part 4 and automatically setting the classification of the output signal shown by the reception code as the classification of the input signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
