RETARDING FILLING DEVICE FOR DOUBLE-PIPE ROD AND RETARDING FILLING CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PURPOSE: To improve work efficiency by insert-connecting an inner pipe into an outer pipe to form a double-pipe rod after drilling a hole by the outer pipe, forming a packer using the rod, and filling a retarding filler. ;CONSTITUTION: After drilling a hole by a tip bit while rotating an outer pipe 3 and applying impact thereto by a hole drilling swivel 20, the swivel 20 is removed, and an inner pipe 2 is inserted into the outer pipe 3 to form a double- pipe rod 1. A filling double swivel 29 is then installed at the upper end part of the rod 1, and pressurized water is fed into a packer part 10 from the supply port 30 of an upper end side swivel 29a through the inner pipe 2 so as to form a mouth packer (a) around the outer pipe 3. A retarding filler is filled into the ground from the filling port 31 of a lower end side swivel 29b through a clearance between the inner and outer pipes 2, 3 so as to form a penetrating consolidated body (b). The packer part 10 is then contracted, and after pulling up the rod 1 by one step, retarding filling is performed in the same way.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
