FEEDER FOR WHITE RICE FOR ROLLED SUSHI AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING ROLLED SUSHI

PURPOSE: To enable the continuous feed of white rice for rolled SUSHI (binegared rice with fish thereon) in a state thereof placed on the top surface of one sheet of laver and response to mass production of the rolled SUSHI. ;CONSTITUTION: A conveyor 2 for conveying white rice for SUSHI formed into a nearly square and flat shape for one piece of rolled SUSHI is installed and a laver feeding means 3 for applying one sheet each of laver to the top surface of the white rice for the SUSHI conveyed with the conveyor 2 is provided. Furthermore, an overturning part 5 for turning the top and bottom surfaces of the white rice for the SUSHI taken out of the conveyor 2 upside down and forming the surface of the white rice for the SUSHI to which the laver is applied into the undersurface. Thereby, since the top and back surfaces of the white rice for the SUSHI are turned upside down so as to form the surface to which the laver is applied into the undersurface after the laver is applied to the top surface of the white rice for the SUSHI, the feed can continuously be carried out to respond to the mass production.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
