CORRECTING METHOD FOR SHORT CIRCUIT DEFECT OF ELECTRIC WIRING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ELECTRIC WIRING BOARD AND ELECTRON SOURCE

PURPOSE: To correct short circuit defect even if there are multiple defects in the same wiring and to prevent a board from broken. CONSTITUTION: On a board 1, a row direction wiring 2 and a column direction wiring 4 are formed while electrically insulated from each other with an inter- layer insulation layer 3, and at the cross point of the row direction wiring 2 and the column direction wiring 4, a short circuit defect 5 is caused. In such a state, the board 1 is placed on a heating device 10, and with the board 1 heated, a current is, through a probe 6, made to flow by a DC power source between the row direction wiring 2 and the column direction wiring 4 where the short circuit defect 5 is occurring, for melt-cutting the short circuit defect 5.
