DYEING OF AMINATED CELLULOSE/POLYESTER BLENDED FABRIC WITH FIBER-REACTIVE DISPERSE DYESTUFF

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a dyeing process by previously modifying a cellulose fiber with a specific compound having an amino group, and dyeing the modified fiber material under a specific condition by using a fiber-reactive disperse dyestuff in a deep color excellent in color fastness. ;CONSTITUTION: A cellulose fiber is previously modified by a compound having an amino group of formula I {RA and RB are each H, a 1-3C alkyl [substituted with a group such as OH, formulas II and III (R¹ to R³ are each H, methyl or ethyl, or R¹ and R² are a saturated heterocyclic group formed from a 1-8C alkylene or two 1-4C alkylene, with O atom or an amino group of NH, preferably N-piperazine, N-piperidine or the like); Z^- is an anion such as chloride]; W is a direct bond or a group of the formula CHRC (RC is RA); X is O or NH), and a blend of the obtained fiber with a polyester fiber is dyed in a supercritical CO₂ (especially under 140-250 bar) without an alkali auxiliary by using only fiber-reactive disperse dyestuff in fast and deep color.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
