FACILITY LAYOUT METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FACILITY LAYOUT PLANNING

PURPOSE: To provide a facility layout method and facility layout planning device capable of highly accurately specifying a position where new construction, moving or scale change of facility is required by giving an evaluation value with respect to a facility utilizing condition for every user. ;CONSTITUTION: When the utilization zones of respective facilities in a zone are specified (110) and a utilization zone to which each user belongs, is judged, a facility having a large probability to be used by each user is specified (112) and using conditions such as time required for each user to go to the specified facility are calculated and evaluated (114, 116). A user having a low using condition is extracted from each evaluation result and a point representing the position of the user is found out. A facility requiring new construction, a moved destination or scale expansion is determined from respective representative points and a facility plot plan is prepared (130).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
