PURPOSE: To provide an island upper stage outer wall structure in which superior decorativeness can be obtained and varied appearance can easily be provided without increasing a cost and a design can easily be changed to the one corresponding to the atmosphere of a game machine shop and the originality of the game machine shop can be displayed, and a game machine island capable of reducing the occupied space of an island and responding to a request of space saving in addition to the advantage of the island upper stage outer wall structure. ;CONSTITUTION: The outer wall of an island upper stage 10A is structured by providing a cover member 20 arranged so as to enclose game relating facility on a game machine 11 line, and a mounting part 22 on which a display means 30 is removably mounted on at least one of an island front side or island rear side in the cover member 20.
