PURPOSE:To always hold a device securely, simultaneously, to improve operability at the time of the input of received order information by connecting an input means and a display part on whose one end surface a display device is formed to each other through a tubular connecting means so as to be capable of rotating freely by 180 degrees, and providing a signal line to connect them electrically. CONSTITUTION:A keyboard part 4 as the input means is connected to the lower side surface of the display part 3 on whose front surface the display device 3a such as an LCD, etc., and a function sheet 3b are arranged so as to be capable of rotating freely within the range of 180 degrees. As for the keyboard part 4, an arithmetic circuit unit 4d is arranged in a housing 4c at whose one end a tubular revolving shaft 4c1 as the connecting means is formed and menu key sheets 4a1, 4b1 and menu sheets 4a, 4b as the keyboard are laminated and arranged on both the side surfaces of the case body 4c. The arithmetic circuit unit 4d is connected to the display part 3 through the signal line 4f inserted into the inside of the revolving shaft 4c1. Thus, the device can be held securely irrespectively of the case of the input of the received order information or the case of the rotation of the input means, and simultaneously, the improvement of the operability at the time of the input of the received order information and the miniaturization of the device can be realized.
