The braille tactile perception pin 1 is actuated by the action of the actuating part for putting in and out of the braille tactile perception pin, thereby, the braille tactile perception pin 1 is put into and out of the through-hole part for putting in and out of the braille tactile perception pin 1 and the tactile perception of the braille tactile perception pin 1 is made possible.
