PURPOSE: To obtain a transgenic mouse useful for the screening of an agonist, etc., against human retinoic acid receptor by introducing a gene coding a dominant-negative variation receptor of human retinoic acid receptor under specific introducing condition. ;CONSTITUTION: A gene coding α dominant-negative variation receptor having a structure obtained by converting the 303rd Gly of human retinoic acid receptor a to Gln is introduced under the domination of a keratin-14 promoter.
