POWER GENERATING FACILITY BY WASTE INCINERATION

摘要

PURPOSE: To enable recovery oil obtained from waste plastics to be used as a heat source for steam temperature raising furnace by lowering the heating temperature when steam from a waste incinerator is heated through a superheating pipe of the steam temperature raising furnace, and supplying steam from a high-pressure turbine part to an afterburning turbine part by a reheating pipe. ;CONSTITUTION: Steam heated to about 300°C in a heating pipe 3 for a boiler is fed to a superheating pipe 7 of a steam temperature raising furnace 5 and then superheated, for example, to about 380°C by combustion heat of recovery oil. This superheated steam is fed to a high-pressure turbine part 12, so as to operate a generator 14, and then it is fed to a reheating pipe 8 and reheated for example, to about 180°C to 200°C. The reheated steam is supplied to a reheating turbine part 13, so as to operate the generator 14. Exhaust steam discharged from the reheating turbine part 13 is transferred to a deaerator 17 from a condensate tank 16 after being condensed by a condenser 15, and it is again supplied to a waste incinerator 2 side after being heated by extracted steam from the high-pressure turbine part 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
