Step for fitness training, esp. for choreography

A step (77), made of wood, aluminium or plastics, e.g. of square or rectangular shape, has a non slip top surface. It may be fitted with a raiser (95) of similar length and width dimensions as the step but of less height. This allows a coupling slot (93) to cooperate with coupling ledge (87) on another step. The coupling units of the steps allow them to be coupled e.g. square steps (107, 109) to a rectangular step (105). The unit can also be fitted in the pattern of Fig. (10) using the same top surface. The sizes used for various patterns are length 120 cm, width 40 cm, and height approx. 15 cm.
