Volumetric machine, either driving or operating, with rotating blades and an innovative rack-type device for the transmission of motion, consisting of at least one pair of blades integrated with two concentric cylinders and in particular one to the external cylinder and the other to the internal cylinder and rotating at different speeds so as to create chambers with volume varying over time. The transmission of the motion to the cylinders occurs by means of devices able to transform the rotary motion of a drive shaft into alternating rectilinear motion and toothed pairs of wheel and rack.
