Also it disclosed an iontophoretic device having an active electrode SIMPLE LAYER. SIMPLE LAYER IS A HIDROGEL manufactured or substantially dry and capable of being hydrated before USE. Hydrogel CONTACT ELECTRODE ACTIVE bilayer skin is preferably adhesive.
