COATING METHOD OF CONCAVE PATTERNED ALUMINIUM FOR ALUMINIUM DOOR

The irregular surface patterned aluminum panel is surface treated with chromic acid to be undercoated with a primer. The irregular pattern is partially coated in multi colors with Desmon paint for the first intermediate coating and with UniArt silver paint for the second intermediate coating for the top coating to be made with Desmon paint. The finishing with a thinner is made before the top coating is dry-hardened. The painted pattern gives a decorative appearance in relief for the door panel.
