FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: outer and inner walls and pylons are made of blocks or panels consisting of piece articles and monolithic material with contour reinforcement in the form of cases made of parallel longitudinal closed girths. The latter adjoin the rigid corner angular cross members arranged on the ribs of blocks or panels. The parallel girths of the case are made of rigid linear sections and embrace parallel ribs of blocks or panels or are displaced from them by not more than 0.15 the length of the rib of blocks or panels perpendicular to the case surface. The rigid angular cross members of the contour reinforcement are made of angle sections whose inner or outer sides of webs rest on the corners of the block or panel. The linear dimensions of each block or panel satisfy the relation h:b:l (1-2.4): (2-7.9):(1.1:2.6), where b, h are, respectively, the width and height or reduced width and height of the cross section of block or panels, and l is the length of blocks or panels. The cells of the wall enclosure carcass are formed from rigid bar members interconnected so as to create discrete three-dimensional structures. The latter are interconnected in pairs by parallel mating bars. The linear dimensions of structures satisfy the relation given above. The method for erecting a monumental building or religious temple-like structure involves erecting the wall enclosure from discrete three-dimensional structures filled either concurrently or subsequently filling with piece articles and monolithic material, or from prefabricated blocks or panels consisting of piece articles and monolithic material interconnected concurrently or subsequently by through cases.
