FIELD: manufacture of precision gyroscopes. SUBSTANCE: nutation oscillations are additionally excited, then phase increment of nutation oscillations is measured during fixed period of time at change of temperature in gyroscope; pole of thermal deformation is matched with center of mass and suspension axes till measured phase increment is equal to zero. Dynamically- tuneable rotor-type vibrational gyroscope has two ring rotors and rate gyro, amplifier and moment sensor connected in series; device is also provided with phase discriminator, reference frequency generator; one ring rotor is made in form of three rings connected by their ends.
