METHOD OF ARTISTIC CHINA PIECES DECORATION

摘要

FIELD: artistic handicrafts methods, that is production of decorating effect on ceramic pieces in particular, and method is also used in production of highly artistic pieces of biscuit china. SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase expressiveness, expansion of range of expression in process of decoration of biscuit china using metals compounds and special slips by relief painting. Fragments painting inside contours of formed drawing is exercised by solutions of watersoluble metal salts and oxides applying them by brush on body being in firm skin state. Following details of relief are formed by application of slip layer by layer after previous layer mobility is lost. In the case as relief-forming slip they use initial china slip with addition of dewatering inhibitor in amount of 2 - 3 mass %. Final thermal treatment (high temperature annealing) is exercised under temperature of 1355 - 1365 C for 12 - 14 hours. Compositions of initial china slip, china mass, dewatering inhibitor are given. There are recommendations on compositions of engobes, modes of thermal treatment. EFFECT: improved quality of artistic china. 9 cl
