FIELD: brain power engineering; environmental control. SUBSTANCE: for recovery of ozone layer of earth in upper atmosphere, ozone is obtained from atomic oxygen through artificial simulation of conditions in polar sections by supplying magnetic induction flux from space to earth; its density is set at level not lower than that in earth ionosphere. Simulation of conditions in polar sections is effected by placing the current loop connected to satellite batteries in space or by placing the current loop connected to respective current sources on earth.
