FIELD: computer engineering, digital communications. SUBSTANCE: unit for early decision with corresponding connections is introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. This results in possibility of detection of situation when repeated signals are received, in which value of symbol of last repetition in any case will not influence final value. In this case early decision is made after second repetition of code combination. This results in possibility to decrease time for final decision by one third. Situations which have possibility for early decision are not rare, their amount is 37.5 per cents of all possible situations during receiving. Operations of device are controlled by unit for distribution of synchronization pulses. EFFECT: increased speed.
