Agent for treating seed potatoes to control wet rot and black leg

A substrate for plant protective agents and an agent for controlling scab, wet rot and black-leg of seed potatoes are disclosed. The object of the invention is to develop a substrate and an agent that allow spraying during plant growth to be reduced, both for cost reasons and as a protection against excessive, ecologically questionable spraying. For that purpose, a substrate consists of a non-ionic complex emulsifier with an HLB value from 9 to 16; paraffins (C8-C30), waxes, polydimethylsiloxanes or their mixtures; an aqueous polymer dispersion with a polymer content from 1 to 90 %; and water. The plant protective agent further contains antibiotic active substances.
