PURPOSE: To provide an energy-saving type discrete air-conditioning system utilizing exhaust air. ;CONSTITUTION: This system is constructed of a water heat source type heat pump unit air conditioner 102 installed indoors and conducting cooling-heating in a room to be air-conditioned, an air-liquid direct contact type heat exchanger 104 cooling or heating heat source water passed through the air conditioner 102 by exhaust air, a heat source water circulation system 124 circulating the heat source water between the air conditioner 102 and the heat exchanger 104 by a heat source water circulating means 124c and an exhaust fan sending the exhaust air to the heat exchanger 104. By cooling or heating the heat source water by the exhaust air in the air-liquid direct contact type heat exchanger 104, accordingly, heat is recovered from the exhaust air and desired conditioned air can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
