PURPOSE: To provide a public radio station having a function of replying a communication terminal equipment to register the terminal equipment. ;CONSTITUTION: A radio base station 20 is provided with a CPU (central processing unit) controlling various control operations of a base station 20, the CPU 21 is provided with a communication circuit 24 having an antenna 22 for radio communication with a communication terminal equipment, a wired communication circuit 26 connecting to a data management center 29 by a telephone line, and a memory 27, which stores tentatively a manufacture number of a communication terminal equipment received via the communication circuit 24, certificate information and a telephone number of the terminal equipment acquired from the data management center. A program processing transmission reception and other functions according to a prescribed processing flow is stored in a ROM 23 connecting to the CPU 21, and a cross reference table among the manufacture numbers, the certificate information and telephone numbers of terminal equipments already registered are stored in a RAM 25 and the cross reference table is updated when a telephone number of a new terminal equipment is registered.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
