PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate confirmation of a trouble on an equipment apparatus in a ceiling, to rapidly and accurately communicate with a related constructor, to prevent the occurrence of a miss of inspection in the inspection spot of a construction work, and to facilitate confirmation of an inspection state in an inspection spot when a trouble occurs. ;SOLUTION: A seal 6 describing respective kind names and application of equipment apparatuses arranged in a ceiling, an item to indicate the presence of containment of the equipment apparatuses, the application places of the respective equipment apparatuses, and a place where to make contact is mounted on the inner surface of a closing cover 3 arranged at a ceiling inspection port. By watching the items described on the seal 6 by opening the closing cover 3 of the inspection port when a trouble occurs, a trouble equipment apparatus can be confirmed. A work completion confirming label and an inspection testing label are arranged in an inspection work spot for a construction work. During inspection, the necessary label is taken out, a necessary item is written, and the label is mounted on the spot, and this method improves quality management of a construction work.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
