Thus, when a suspected person invades a shop or the like and the dangerous phrase is generated, the dangerous state can be decided, it is not necessary for the reporting staff such as a clerk to generate any sound, the reporting staff can be protected and a high-reliability dangerous voice word recognition monitor reporting device can be provided. Besides, when the dangerous state is decided, burglar prevention device is automatically operated, and the phrase corresponding to the voice signal of the suspected person can be preserved in a recognition data preserving part 22.
