AUTOMATICALLY GENERATING SYSTEM FOR ASSET CORRECTION HISTORY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate by sampling the correction history of a file (asset) which satisfies a retrieval condition in a summary table by inputting the retrieval condition. ;SOLUTION: The correct/error decision of an asset specification (file specification), a generator and a correction date range as the retrieval condition inputted by an input part 2 is performed by a retrieval condition value inspection part 312, and it is made into a paremeter by a retrieval condition setting part 311. A first retrieval means 321 samples asset information provided with inputted asset specification and generator from a job title file 41, and stores it in a retrieval target file 42. A second retrieval means 322 retrieves the asset provided with the asset information in the retrieval target file 42 from an asset file 43, and samples correction information within an inputted correction date range out of the correction information described on the asset, and stores it in a retrieval data storage file 44. Such correction information is edited in the form of the summary table in a correction history output part 331, and displayed on a display part 1, or printed on a printer 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
