METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ONEROUSLY CHECKING NUMBER OF CLUSTERS CONSTITUTING CLUSTER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the use of an onerous program by starting clusters exceeding the contracted using number of the clusters in a cluster system. ;SOLUTION: An onerous matter saving MT preparation means 1-2 stores a contracted onerous matter and the onerous matter management information and a contract host number setting means 1-4 stores a contracted host number 1-3 startable in the cluster system respectively in an onerous matter saving MT 1-5. An onerous matter installation means 2-1 respectively installs the contracted chargeable object from the ornerous matter saving MT 1-5 to a user cluster system 3-1 and the ornerous matter management information including the contracted host number 1-3 to an ornerous matter management information table 3-2. When a host 3-5 is added to the cluster system, a cluster system using host number management means 3-4 compares the host number after addition inside a host number management information table 3-3 with the contracted host number inside the ornerous matter management information table 3-2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
