PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatically controlled integrated drier for leaf tobacco of local variety and Burley variety capable of treating the tobacco over the whole step extending from the yellowing stage through the browning stage to a vein-drying stage (including finish drying stage). ;SOLUTION: A ventilation hole 4 is opened on the floor 3 of a closed deep chamber 1 with a door to form a ventilation space 5 under the floor. A ventilation channel 6 connecting the closed deep chamber to the ventilation space 5 is provided with an electric heater 7 and a blower 8. An air-feeding duct of a totally heat-exchanging ventilation apparatus 9 integrated with an exterior humidifier is placed close to the ceiling of the ventilation channel. The closed deep chamber 1 is further provided with wet bulb and dry bulb sensors 12, 13. The wet bulb and dry bulb sensors 12, 13, the electric heater 7, the blower 8, the totally heat-exchanging ventilation apparatus 9 and the humidifier 10 are electrically connected with each other and the output powers of these apparatuses and the humidity at a preset temperature are controlled by an automatic controlling mechanism. Posts are erected in the closed deep chamber 1 along the center line in the direction of depth with prescribed intervals. Hanger rails are attached at the intermediate height and the upper part of these posts and at the corresponding parts of both side walls of the closed deep chamber 1. An exhaustion duct is built in the totally heat-exchanging ventilation apparatus 9 and the humidifier 10.
