摘要

PURPOSE: To lighten weight while increasing strength of a door, by reinforcing a space of a partitioning wall partly of an interposition object by filling the space with resin. ;CONSTITUTION: A rear door 3 is formed in a rectangular shape, to have an inner wall 31 facing inward a box-shaped baggage storage chamber and an outer wall 32 facing outward the box-shaped buggage storage chamber, also to have an interposition object 33 juxtaposed with a partitioning wall S having a hexagonal honeycomb-shaped space inside. The interposition object 33 is bonded by a bonding agent to the outer/ inner wall 32, 31 so that the space of the interposition object 33 appears in the outer/ inner wall 31, 32. The space is charged with a filler Z (thermoplastic resin, thermosetting resin, etc.) through a filler port 9. The inner/outer wall 31, 32 is formed of aluminum, reinforced plastic, etc. By reinforcing the space of the partitioning wall partly of the interposition object 33 charged with the resin, weight can be lightened while increasing strength of the door.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
