PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive heat exchange sheet which materializes an easy-to-work flexible control line structure by running a fluid adhesive in stripes on the surface of a liquid-retaining sheet material to form a control line using the liquid-retaining sheet material impregnated with the fluid adhesive. SOLUTION: A different liquid-retaining sheet material 2 is arranged in contact with the surface of at least one of liquid-retaining materials 1. A plurality of fluid adhesives 3 are run in separate strips on the surface of the liquid- retaining sheet material 2 along a downflow path of a heat medium to get the liquid-retaining sheet material 2 impregnated with the fluid adhesive 3. Thus, a control line comprising a part impregnated with the fluid adhesive 3 and a part with none is formed with a difference in liquid retainability and allows the orientation of the heat medium while flowing down.
