PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general purpose and easy-to-use mechanism which is capable of automatically setting and releasing the lock for single access resources from any thread, without damaging the application extension and the normal flow of the control within a program. ;SOLUTION: By imparting the ownership of the lock related to the resources to the one thread of a program, regardless of the necessity of the use of the resources by the thread at present, the priority that the thread is superior to other threads in the program is imparted to the thread. These other threads notify the priority thread of the necessity of the use of the resources when the threads require the resources. When the priority thread finishes the use of the resources and detects that other threads wait for the uses of the resources, the priority thread releases the resources lock for the resources.
