SEWAGE SEPTIC TANK AND PRODUCTION OF OUTSIDE TANK FOR THIS SEWAGE SEPTIC TANK

PURPOSE: To make it possible to form the upper tank and lower tank of a sewage septic tank by the same molds by forming the upper tank and the lower tank to the same shape by a dicyclopentadiene crosslinked polymer and connecting the upper tank and the lower tank in such a manner that the hopper-shaped settling chamber of the lower tank constitutes the inflow pipe mounting surface of the upper tank. ;CONSTITUTION: The septic tank is constituted by connecting the lower tank 2 to the upper tank 1 having the inflow pipe 6 and release pipe 10 and is internally segmented by a partition plate. The upper tank 1 and the lower tank 2 differ only in the presence or absence of an opening 3 exclusive of the inflow pipe 6 and release pipe 10 to be mounted afterward and are produced by the same molds using the dicyclopentadiene crosslinked polymer. The joining of the upper tank 1 and the lower tank 2 is executed by connecting both tanks in such a manner that the hopper shape part 4 of the lower tank 2 constitutes the mounting part of the release pipe 10 in the upper tank 1. The connection of the upper tank 1 and the lower tank 2 is executed by inserting a sealing material into the flange parts disposed in the upper and lower tanks 1, 2 and bolting these tanks.
