PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a display which is set in a meter set originally in place of a tester and to diagnose a failed point by applying prescribed operation to the meter set, concerning a failed point diagnostic method of automobile electrical equipment to be used for an automobile, or the like and the meter set with a failed point diagnostic function. ;SOLUTION: Information concerning a failed point is displayed on an ODO/ TRIP meter display part by controlling various gauges and various eletcrical equipment by on single IC and starting a specified program input to the IC by specified operation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
