MAITAKE TEA AND MAITAKE DRINK

PURPOSE: To obtain an easily drinkable drink containing the extract of MAITAKE (Grifola frondosa). CONSTITUTION: The MAITAKE tea is a mixture of dried MAITAKE and other component like tea leaf and containing the dried MAITAKE in an amount of 50-5wt.% based on the total product. A hot-water extract of the MAITAKE tea or a squeezed juice of raw MAITAKE is mixed with other drink to obtain a MAITAKE drink.
