CONSTITUTION:A screw shaft and a slide block are placed in a transmission case 7, a 1st oscillation arm 38a is oscillated, a rotary shaft 39 is extended from the arm 38a along the side of the machine frame 3 and a seedling table 10 is moved from the front side to the right or left by a 2nd oscillation arm 38b fixed to the rear end of the rotary shaft 39.
