PURPOSE: To utilize the range of tide to prevent the phenomenon of oxygen deficiency occurring easily in sea water of the deep section of inland sea to make it possible to heighten the effect of environmental improvement. ;CONSTITUTION: A reservoir 3 is constituted by partitioning a part of shallows of inland sea 1 with a levee 2, and a conduit 4 passing through the side wall of the levee 2 to connect a deep section 5 of the inland sea 1 to the reservoir 3 is provided around the lower end of the levee 2 to form a tidal dam. The range of tide is utilized to supply oxygen deficient water of the deep section of the inland sea to the inside of the reservoir 3 through the conduit 4 to increase the concentration of oxygen at high tide, and oxygen is supplied to sea water in the bottom of the sea by supplying the sea water with a high density of oxygen to the deep section 5 of the inland sea 1 through the conduit 4 again to discharge at low tide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
