PURPOSE: To improve the heat resistance, oxidation resistance, etc., of a nozzle for blowing pulverized coal into a furnace in an iron-making apparatus and to improve the heat loss by making cooling with compressed air unnecessary. ;CONSTITUTION: In the nozzle for blowing the pulverized coal for supplying the pulverized coal into high temp. blasting arranged in a high temp. blasting introducing tube 100 generating combustion flame in the furnace in the iron- making apparatus, to at least the tip part 10 of the cylindrical nozzle 1, thermal- spraying is executed to form the thermal-sprayed film 2 for heat insulating. By this method, even if the nozzle 1 does not supply the compressed air for cooling, the sufficient heat resistance, oxidation resistance and wear resistance are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
