The present invention discloses a reinstatable joint screw device for osseous articulation, to be used particularly for stabilization of at least two vertebrae, and which can be placed by endoscopy. The device comprises a single block tubular body, comprising on the outer surface thereof a threading, the threading bottom comprising apertures in flow communication with the tubular body interior, and characterized in that a first end of the tubular body interiorly comprises a threading that allows thread adaptation by a obturation piece threading. The invention further discloses a process to manufacture said device.
