The present invention discloses a system including a plurality of decision units (DU), at least a verification unit (VU) and at least a counting unit (CU), these units are structurally and functionally separated. Each decision unit includes means to produce a source information item (S) and an identity information (id) item and means to encode this source information item in such a way that to turn it essentially indecipherable by verification unit and decipherable by counting unit. Verification unit includes a file (B1) of decision units identities from which an entering message (M1) essentially deprived of no decipherable identity information item by counting unit. Counting unit includes means to receive messages derived from verification unit and to process these messages, in such a way to compile a corresponding source information items statistic, and a file (B2) of statistics thus compiled.
