In a low noise amplifier for the international maritime satellite organization C, after a signal input via the transmitting/receiving converter (5) is passed through a capacitor (C1) for cutting off the direct current, the signal is amplified by the respective first to fourth amplifier which have a bias circuit and an amplifier of which terminal is connected to the coupling capacitors (C7, C9, C12) and matched to a micro-strip line, and filtered by a bandpass filter (50) to be input to a demodulator (55), wherein the capacitors (C7, C9, C12) are respectively connected with matching capacitors (C16, C17, C18) in parallel of which one end part is grounded for reducing the size of the low amplifier, and the emitter of the amplifying field effect transistor (Q1) of the first amplifier (10') is connected with the bypass capacitor (C4) in parallel to control the voltage between the drain and source of the field effect transistor (Q1).
