A sportswear item, a goalkeeper's glove in particular, is made at least in part of sticky synthetic material, e.g. thermoplastic rubber consisting of styrene and butadiene, of a three-block polymer chain of the sequence styrene-butadiene-styrene in particular. As additives, the rubber incorporates at least one vulcanisation auxiliary, a pigment and/or a PVC plasticiser. The glove has an inner hand part (1'), of which at least subsections are formed out of the rubber or are covered with the rubber.
