Explosives simulation method for army training

The method involves simulating the effect of explosive devices, like artillery, mortars, mines etc. on combat units on a spatially limited training ground. The training ground is equipped with a multitude of explosive devices to be simulated. The explosive devices to be simulated are signature bodies, which are distributed spatially on the training ground, and which are activated by a control center preferably at approach of a combat unit, selectively or directly in front of the combat unit. Each signature body (1) is preferably equipped with an electronic identification feature, and is activated from the control center by an emitted radio or laser light signal.
