Improvements to the devices of the automatic regulation of debits of air in particular for the ventilation of the public premises, and means for manual intervention on the said regulation

The regulator consists of a housing (12) with intake (18) and outlet (19) apertures and an inner suspended flexible plastics membrane (11) which can bend under the effect of an air current to reduce the area of one or other of the apertures. The housing also has an inner transverse partition (36) with an aperture similar in shape to the membrane but with smaller dimensions. The partition extends the whole height and width of the housing, to which it is fixed. The partition is curved in shape, with its convex side towards the rear, with the general shape of the curve similar to the natural curvature adopted by the membrane under the effect of the maximum depression to which it would be subjected. The housing also has an adjustable stop (43) to limit the movement of the membrane, and is equipped with a cord (36) to regulate the air flow by adjusting the position of the membrane.
