The integral dropper assembly (7) and screw cap (2)which has a tamper proof ring (14) comprises a cap bottom (3) which is distinguished by a cover (5). The cover acts as a support guide and hermetically sealed lid to the dispensing tube (6). The screw cap is screwed on the neck (4) of a container having complementary threads (11) to those (10) of the cap. The cap skirt (9), which has a series of striations facilitating its unscrewing, has a tamper proof opening ring whose internal threads are of the same diameter as those of the skirt but of less thickness. The ring, which is separated from the skirt by a horizontal slit (21), is connected to the skirt by breakable links (13). In its lower part the ring has several bosses (15)which by differential expansion with the ring facilitate its locking.
