The device includes a horizontal channel (1) resting against the exterior of the facade of the building (12). On this channel are fixed vertical stiffeners (2,3) forming a structure equipped with plates (4,5), a regulating key (6,7) and two sliding flaps (8). Each flap has a guide (9) fixed on mounts (3) and sliding between U-shaped rails of the channel. At each end of this latter, a tensioner (10) exerts a traction on the guide (9). This traction effort compresses the joints (11) fixed on the edge of the mounts (3), against the masonry structure of the opening (12). The interior and exterior parts of the sealing regulating device (6,7) are compressed, one against the other by the action of a locking screw (13) fixed on the channel and which exerts a traction effort on the horizontal profile (7). The regulating key (6) also takes the role of a clip which maintains the joints (14), fixed on the plate (4), against the plates (5) and the flaps (8). A flexible joint (15) at the foot of the device, along the plates (4,5) achieves sealing of the system.
