It has on its outer edge (5) at least one main horn (10) projecting radially outward and shaped so as to be cut in the vicinity of one of the lateral edges (7, 8) of said sector (2) in the unused zone of the strip (1) of sheet metal situated between the corresponding longitudinal edge of said strip, the outer edge (8) of said sector (2) and the corresponding lateral edge (7, 8) of a second sector (2 ) adapted to be cut in the strip part (1) adjacent to the outer edge (5) of said sector (2).
