APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING OIL FROM MIXING AT GAS STATION AND OIL RESERVING SITE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a type of oil from being mistaken even when different kinds of oil are unloaded at the same time, by providing an oil type key on an oil injection port of a gas station or on a loading arm of an oil reserving site and by knowing oil mixture by sensing match/mismatch signals between the oil type key and an oil type distinguishing device at the time of unloading and loading. ;SOLUTION: A first joint 4 is placed at an outlet of an unloading valve 7 at a part where a flow path from a bottom valve joins, and a switch unit 8 for determining whether an oil injection port for unloading on an upper face of the unloading valve 7 aligns with an oil type in a hatch and also for specifying a hatch is provided in electrical connection with a control unit. The switch unit 8 has a function for specifying a hatch for unloading with hatch select switches 8a to 8c provided on the upper face and a function for determining whether the oil type matches. An oil type distinguishing switch 9 is equipped with a contact on an end side opposite to a key insertion port and also with a movable switch plate movably at an opposite position to constitute a contact switch.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
