PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause shearing resistance force to be applied uniformly over an entire anchor by constituting that a tendon with its fore-end secured to a rear load bearing plate of a load bearing body is turned back and hooked around a front load bearing plate and further extended upward and also hook-stopped on a rear load bearing plate. ;SOLUTION: A tension member 1 comprises a load bearing body 2 and two tendons 3, 3. One tendon 3 with its fore-end secured to a rear load bearing plate 4 is turned back ad hooked around a front load bearing plate 5. Furthermore, the fore-end of the tendon 3 is hook-stopped on a hook-stop groove 4a of the rear load bearing plate 4 and secured with a press holding grip 2a. The tendon 3 extends from the hook-stop groove 4a downward, fits in a hook-stop groove 5a around the front load bearing plated 5, turns back and encircles a curved groove 4a of a curved body 7 projecting from the underside of the front load bearing plate 5, and further from there extends upward to fit in the hook-stop groove 4a an extends upward.
